DUULIX Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your DUULIX purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, contact us at duuulix@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 95152 08535.

Non-returnable items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened: Lizard Repellent Spray, and any personal care items (e.g. the Portable Shaver).

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or wrong items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll resolve it promptly — no return needed.

Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
